Your verified bank account will receive the settled payments.

User Responsibilities

Fees and Settlement

Your dashboard or Merchant Agreement contains the details of all applicable service charges. We may revise fees with advance notice. Unless otherwise stated, all charges are exclusive of taxes, and you are solely responsible for tax compliance.

You are liable for customer-initiated chargebacks, and refunds will be handled as per our internal policies. We reserve the right to amend fees at our discretion, with changes communicated via email or dashboard updates.

Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using our platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Sale or distribution of illegal goods, narcotics, firearms, counterfeit items, or restricted services (e.g., gambling, adult content).
  • Exploiting, tampering with, or bypassing system security.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, withholding of funds, and possible legal action.

Risk Monitoring and Fraud Prevention

We employ AI-based fraud detection tools, real-time monitoring, and automated risk scoring to protect merchants and customers. Suspicious transactions may be delayed, flagged for review, or reversed.

If fraudulent activity is confirmed, we reserve the right to freeze or terminate your account without notice. You remain responsible for chargebacks, financial damages, or regulatory penalties resulting from misuse.

Data Privacy and Security

We place the highest importance on protecting your data and your customers’ data. All personal and transactional data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

Our systems comply with PCI-DSS standards and employ encryption, access controls, and fraud monitoring mechanisms. You consent to the use of your data for purposes including payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, and technical improvements. You must not store cardholder data unless explicitly permitted under PCI regulations.

Intellectual Property
